Walking distance to Cargo District is great and very close to downtown area. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the blackout curtains!
I booked this place for me and my friends to be able to hang out one last time, and it was perfect! I loved the home and how welcoming it felt and we very much enjoyed our stay overall :)
We stayed two nights in this new remodel of a historic home in Wilmington. We found the location to be a convenient drive to both the riverfront and UNCW. There was ample space for our family of four. The host was extremely communicative with recommendations for dining out. The neighborhood is not part of the Cargo District although it is walkable to get there. This area is mostly residential. It was quiet at night which was perfect for us.

The owner was very quick to respond. We did have some issues but owner responded in a very timely manner. The location is not ideal. Very busy one way street that is hard to park with constant traffic. Also the neighbor had very loud music playing at night that could be heard inside and was quite loud.
