Very reasonably priced and short drive to all the Wilmington action. The house is on a busy street in an ok area, but big roomy house with big communal space for families.

The house was clean, stylish, and comfortable, the beds and linens of high quality. Our kids enjoyed the TV and sitting area at night. The 2 bathrooms were clean with a slight leak in the hallway bathroom. However, the kitchen was not equipped for meals for six people and the stove needs repair. The knobs to the gas stove are stripped and do not turn on or off reliably. This presents a safety hazard since you can't be sure the gas is off. The back yard is in poor condition with broken glass embedded, not available for safe use. Some of the doors do not open or latch completely. Overall, the value was high for this property giving privacy and comfort for all the guests to sleep and bathe but the kitchen is not adequate to prepare meals for 6 guests.

Nice update to historic home

We stayed two nights in this new remodel of a historic home in Wilmington. We found the location to be a convenient drive to both the riverfront and UNCW. There was ample space for our family of four. The host was extremely communicative with recommendations for dining out. The neighborhood is not part of the Cargo District although it is walkable to get there. This area is mostly residential. It was quiet at night which was perfect for us.

Family vacation

The owner was very quick to respond. We did have some issues but owner responded in a very timely manner. The location is not ideal. Very busy one way street that is hard to park with constant traffic. Also the neighbor had very loud music playing at night that could be heard inside and was quite loud.
