This was our second time staying here and hope to keep coming back to this property. Absolutely love the location, the house, and the pups sure have a great time in the yard.
We stayed at this cute little house (the grandparents and dogs) while waiting on the birth of our new grandbaby. We were there for 11 days - it became our home away from home! We were less than a mile away from our family, so the location was great! The house was clean and comfortable. The fenced in backyard was great for the dogs. The neighborhood is very walkable. Brigitte periodically checked in to make certain everything was going well. We will be back!
Spend only one night but we was really happy and very comfortable in this house, nice, clean very cozy home ,definitely recommend to anyone spending time in Nashville, property was close to olmos everything. Thank you for let us stay at your property we really appreciated.
The house is very nice and roomy for the space. The beds are comfy and the two bathrooms are nice. The backyard is super nice and large with a nice table to sit at and play with the fur babies. I would comment that the seating is small and lower to the ground so it may not be the most comfortable couch you’ve ever sat on in your life. Also, the fridge is older than dirt and the ice maker doesn’t dispense ice so grab a bag of ice on the way in. And the table and chairs in the kitchen will at max sit 4 people (if you’re small people) The driveway is a little small to turn into so if you have a big vehicle, be prepared to learn to drive again. Overall, this house was a nice and comfy place to stay with a nice yard for my standard poodle to play ball and run. I will stay here again and highly recommend this house to anyone staying in the area with a family.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re glad you enjoyed the spaciousness and comfort of the house, especially the backyard for your poodle. We appreciate your feedback about the seating and fridge; we’ll definitely look into those. It’s great to hear you’d recommend us and would stay again! Safe travels!
We brought our dog so the fenced backyard was. Very clean house, great interior. Close drive to the downtown area, and lots of good restaurants within 5 minute drive. Id definitely recommend this rental.
Great location. Stocked with basic supplies for 4 people. Take note, the en-suite is in the bedroom with the twin bed and trundle. Host was responsive to my inquiries.
We chose this location because it is less than two miles from our daughter and convenient to downtown and many restaurants close to or in the Nations. The house is updated and had everything we needed. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit.

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
The house itself was fine; however, we had multiple instances of poor communication from the host. To begin, I reached out to the host prior to the reservation about checking in early, and she did not respond until the day before we left (on the website, it says early check in is possible if you ask in advance). We also called with no answer or call back. The night we checked in, we could not enter the door with the code provided. Again, we called her twice with no answer. She did respond via text noting that the code had changed. I hate to think what could’ve happened if we had not gotten a response, given that it was late at night. The next day, we were locked out of the house again. We tried to call again-no answer. Come to find out, she had changed the code mid stay without informing us until we were locked out. She texted back with the new code that she had changed it to that morning. Thankfully, we were able to get responses via text, but I am concerned that this lack of communication could prevent future guests from entering their rental.
3 bedrooms and 2 baths were perfect for 2 co-workers and much more comfortable than renting 2 hotel rooms. The house was clean and had all the things we needed including shampoo and a hair dryer! They also had coffee, creamer, sugar, and some late night chocolate treats. Great!
The house served our purpose well, especially the fenced in back yard. It would have been nice to have hand towels, bath mats and a box of Kleenex and the garbage cans were a bit of an issue but we were able to handle it and enjoy our stay.
