This renovated 1-bed unit, is centrally located and close to many of LA’s major freeways. Downtown LA, Dodgers Stadium, Hollywood, Griffith Observatory, Burbank, and more are all within short drives. This hilltop hideaway provides everything you need for short or long-term stays. Easy parking, complete kitchen, high speed internet, work space and private patio area. Enjoy provided coffee or tea on the shaded upper deck oasis with gorgeous views or relax in the hammock! The neighborhood food is also SO good. We think our place will help you experience everything Los Angeles has to offer.

What's particularly nice about this unit is that it comes with a spacious private patio with comfortable outdoor furniture, a picnic table for enjoying a sunny LA meal, and a couch swing to enjoy a book on.

Pets are okay, and there's even a little relief area for them for your convenience.

We also have lemon trees on the property, feel free to pick a few fresh lemons!

There is a large park with a public swimming pool, basketball courts, workout area, tennis court, baseball field, playground, and open fields too just a short walk away.

My wife and I visited L.A. to celebrate 10 years of being together. We went to Universal Studios and saw a concert in Hollywood. It was a good time. The unit was perfect for us and Sam was great.

I was authorized by the host to check-in early, but upon arrival none of the access codes worked for the property. The support representatives had no information on file to help me gain access to the property so I could unpack and couldn't get in touch with the host for several hours which resulted in a very exhausting and chaotic morning. The rest of my stay was fine, but day 1 was so terrible I almost cancelled the rest of my trip. Asked for what I felt was a very reasonable request in a refund for that first day, but the host was very dismissive and didn't even really seem to care or apologize. Who gives permission for someone to come early and then accepts no responsibility when they screw it up? Nice property, poor management.
