The house is very nice, clean and the location is virtually 1 min from downtown Braintree. We stayed for 5 nights. The house had 4 well sized rooms, a large kitchen and sitting rooms. As mentioned, shopping, eateries were all walking distance.

This property was exactly as desecribed, and the Host, Roger, could not have been more responsive or accommodating.We were on a work project in Hingham, with long days, and little time for meal prep or downtime.Area restaurants were abundant and diversified, and the Living/ Dinig area of the house was spacious and comfortable. Only wish we had brought fishing tackle so we could have relaxed at the pond with a line in the water!Overall, this property was a very lucky find on short notice and will not disappoint!

We were traveling in to Boston for an unexpected family funeral.Absolutely wonderful host! He was incredibly accommodating with our unexpected travel changes and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in for our varying arrival times. Communication was prompt, clear, and super helpful. We highly recommend staying here!The lake was beautiful and peaceful. The location, easy commute into Boston. Free parking onsite

I can not say enough wonderful things about this house and Roger. Before we even got the house booked, Roger was extremely helpful in answering questions and trying to accommodate our group. Once we got there, check-in was a breeze because of Roger's communication. Everything was exactly how the pictures showed and the description depicted. The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked. We loved all the seating to accommodate our large group as well. The location was extremely convenient to the city and airport. I would recommend this house to everyone! We look forward to staying here again next time we are in the area!
