This condo was absolutely beautiful!! It was decorated so cute and beachy. The balcony was amazing! I loved sitting out there drinking my coffee with a beautiful view!! It was very clean and check in was smooth. We will book again!!

Parking is an issue. I didn't see anything about parking spaces on Verbo.There is no pullout couch, not sure how it sleeps 8 people.The lighting is touchy! The view is great! The pool was very strict and didn't like teens!The beach was perfect!!!

Thank you for your feedback, Ellen. Our check in instructions specifically outline parking details for guests.  Although our complex dedicates one space per unit, the staff have been more than accommodating to guests who have multiple vehicles.   Our property details list a maximum of 8 guests, which is governed by our HOA rules. Additionally, our VRBO details clearly do not mention that a pull out couch is available. We have a queen size air mattress in the bedroom closet that guests are free to use - also detailed in your check in/out instructions.  Many of our prior guests have used the air mattress as another sleep option for their families.   We have not received any complaints about the staff being strict at the pool.  However, it should be noted that our condominium complex is family oriented and inappropriate behaviors that are exhibited by teenagers would be addressed and not be tolerated by the pyramid staff.   We are very pleased you found the view from the condo balcony and the beach access to be a highlight of your vacation!  We appreciate you choosing our condo for your vacation and your feedback.   Loree and Chris

Amazing place with great view

The place is amazingly clean. The host go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The entire place was extremely clean. Their outdoor patio is amazing for drinking your coffee in the morning and listening to the ocean. We had such a relaxing getaway and will definitely be rebooking

Host was very responsive. Checkin was easy and well explained. Parking lot offers covered and surface parking. Our vehicle was too tall for the 6’2” clearance so it was nice to have both options. Parking fee paid at checking was quick and easy. Pool was clean and well maintained. 2 paths to the beach made getting to the surf super easy. The condo is super cute and well appointed. HUGE private balcony protected from the wind great for viewing. Condo was very clean. Beds were super comfy. Provided linens and towels a huge plus. AC in great working order and ceiling fans helped to keep the temperature very cool. Nice smart TVs in bedrooms and living rooms. Nice layout for Mom/Dad and kids OR couples. Having 2 full bathrooms was great! Washer/dryer added bonus…packed less!Didn’t really cook, mainly breakfast and beach lunch prep but kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of dishes, cups, utensils.This condo is well cared for. Would stay again.

We loved our stay! It was my infants first time to the beach & he had a blast! We loved the convenience of a waterfront balcony condo. The place was very clean & home-like for the weekend. Nothing was missing that we needed & we appreciated the items that we could use, like the beach chairs & towels. Unfortunately, we didn't get to swim in the pool but maybe next time! Overall, our first memory of our son in OC will always be remembered when we pass The Pyramid on Coastal. We hope to stay again if the stars align! :)

Beautiful unit, furniture was comfortable and plentiful, the unit was well maintained - decorated with a great eye towards detail. The unit had been recently renovated and had everything we needed. Balcony was utilized perfectly. The whole building was maintained nicely. The pool was crystal clear and heated. Watched the staff clean it each morning and test the water periodically throughout the day. Front desk staff were polite. Parking wasn’t an issue. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
