This cabin was exactly as described. It was very clean and both beds comfy! The creek was almost dried up, but it was still pretty. The kitchen has new appliances that work well. We cooked a couple meals there. If i had 1 complaint, its that in the "living room" theres only a 2 person sofa. I assume thats why theres a day bed in the living room... But it was very lovely and we had a great time!!

Our Stay
The cabin has potential but overall fell short of expectations. There was no cell service, and the TV didn’t work when we arrived. The cabin is in need of major updates, and we weren’t informed about the very steep, rocky driveway—which would be difficult for some vehicles. Outdoor furniture was old and rusted, making it hard to enjoy the porch. With a few improvements and better communication, the experience could be much better.

NO WIFI AND POOR CELLPHONE COVERAGE. That's enough on it's own, but I'll add a few more comments. There's no AC, just window units that cool the air but keep the humidity. Really uncomfortable. There's only 1 shower downstairs, and it's so small elbows hit the sides. The fact that the humidity has warped the bathroom door so it doesn't close all the way (and it's next to the dining room) is an added bonus. It was clean, and the place was well stocked, but an overall miserable experience.
Our stay at the Red Cabin was lovely. Peaceful, quiet and had what we needed. Heating was good. (stayed at a very cold time of year) They had games to play, dvd's to watch and endless exploring outside. a beautiful creek runs thru the property and it sounds serene. Any questions that I had, Betsy answered within a few minutes and kindly as well. We stayed in the upstairs bedroom and the bed is comfy and the view is wonderful.
It is near the main drag but is secluded in a beautiful valley. The beds were comfortable and it was nice just sitting on the porch. The driveway going down is rather steep but we had no issues in our truck. Our cell service was also spotty on the property but once at the top of the drive it returned.
