The host is very friendly and replies quickly. The home is cozy and welcoming and has everything you need to feel at home. I'll definitely be looking to stay again if I come back down this way.

The pictures were outdated, things definitely were older. The a/c went out an we suffered with no air for 2 days! She communicated but offered nothing to accommodate us.

The air conditioning did go out and the earliest appointment was 24 hours after being informed of the problem. I would have offered a $100 off however, the guest response was very late if she responded at all. Additionally, the guest did not provide a usable mobile number to contact her. Importantly, the guest or family member cracked and shattered the glass top electric stove, which had to be completely replaced, brought a dog without advance notice, they removed supplies from our locked supply closet, used more than a 4 day stay of water, detergent and laundry supplies had more than 2 adults and 2 children contrary to guest listed. Additionally, linen is missing, towels are missing, rules were not followed, they checked-out late, after 12pm, missing a important component of the water filter pitcher, the supply closet was left in HORRIBLE disarray, they did not remove trash and they did not remove appears to be BLOOD stained linen. And more... The cleaning service provided pictures of stove, supply closet, stained sheets, and we have exterior cameras images of people arriving, the dog, etc...

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to family gathering but still quiet and relaxing. The host was super friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The little touches, like the board games which was perfect for my family who is competitive and likes to bond , fresh towels, made it feel extra welcoming. I’d definitely stay here again and have recommend to family members who are visiting the area!

Salisbury/East Spencer.

House was perfect for our trip to NC. Great location: close to Salisbury, Spencer, and East Spencer. House was very clean and accommodated all of our needs. Host was super friendly. Very close to trains, the Amtrak station (Salisbury), and the NC Transportation museum.

Quaint house

2 small beds and a small house that is decorated nicely. Clean. Wouldn’t recommend more than 2 people staying here. Neighborhood was quiet. Overall very nice.

First time doing a VRBO and worked great! Place was clean hostess was super! Kids loved the treats and showed us a new local drink that was good! Worked notes into the decor to help figure stuff out. Loved how she had the check list. Made it super easy to get ready for check out!
