A large one bedroom guest house with its own private entrance, secure parking, kitchenette and washer & dryer. Enjoy the priceless sunrises from your own lanai, or grab a bike and take a ride to the beach. Afterwards cool off with a Maitai at one of Kailua's many restaurants and cafes.

If you're looking for a comfortable, local experience, this is an amazing choice. Adam and Jessica are wonderful hosts, and the place is comfortable, clean and spacious. The ocean breeze was particularly nice and kept the apartment cool. I stayed for a month, so I did a lot of cooking and the kitchen had everything I needed for simple meals. The location was excellent - it was a perfect spot to enjoy Kailua and explore the windward side of the island and still be within an easy distance to Honolulu. They have a bike you can borrow and it was perfect to access the beach and all the nearby restaurants and shops - the local buses are easily accessible too. Wifi was good, bed was comfy and the washer and dryer was so great to have. Highly recommend this place!

What makes this property unique

The guest house is located above the covered parking area. Guests will need to climb a flight of stairs to access the unit. It’s elevated location allows for amazing views of the sunrise from your private lanai. The kitchenette includes a sink, fridge, microwave, hot plates, griddle, coffee maker, rice cooker, toaster oven and a blender. The bathroom has a full-sized tub/shower. An outdoor shower is available behind the house to rinse off sand and salt water from the beach. The guest house has a Roku Player. Using your personal cable or other login/subscriptions you can enjoy your favorite TV channels and shows as well as access Netflix, HBO GO, Showtime, etc.
