Beautiful, well-designed, nicely decorated house with a hypnotizing view of Niantic Bay. Very comfortable beds in both bedrooms made for great sleeping and an ensuite bathroom in each bedroom was the ultimate in convenience. Sat at the large table in the dining area looking out over the water for all our meals. And the host was attentive and very easy to deal with. We had literally nothing to complain about staying here. We hope to go back.

What an amazing spot where it feels like you’re floating on the water and you can literally walk right onto the beach from the back porch. The house was clean and offered everything we could want for our friend’s wedding weekend. Thanks for the great time- we loved having the floating raft to use in the bay!

We had an amazing time, the beach, the view, the house. The house was clean and had all the amenities needed to cook and do laundry. I always dreamed of renting a home ON the beach in the town I grew up in and it was a dream. My in-laws stayed and I had my 2 kids and husband and there was enough space for all 6 of us. The kids loved the beach and float and the in-laws loved the neighborhood and closeness to Niantic and Mystic restaurants. We hope we can come every summer. Alex and Lisa made it simple and easy and communicated amazingly. Cannot recommend enough!

Perfect place for relaxation! You cannot beat the views from this home! The sound of the waves lapping the shore is right outside your windows and doors. The house is well maintained and super clean and comfortable. It's located close to the cute town of Niantic with great restaurants and the boardwalk. It was the perfect house to enjoy some relaxing family time with my adult children. I highly recommend this one!
