Quiet modern cabin boasts 4 cozy bedrooms - 3 with queen beds and 1 large bunk room with two full beds and three queen beds. With 3 bathrooms offering both showers and bathtubs, you will have plenty of space to relax and unwind. The additional living room and loft spaces provide the perfect spots to kick back after a day of exploring. Our place will help you feel at home while you're relaxing or enjoying Lake Rathbun in Southern Iowa.

Our home is fully stocked and you should have everything you need. Kitchen is setup for our own use with good array of dishes, utensils, small appliances and cookware. Please treat our home like your home!

Trash goes in the small wheeled tote in the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not clean fish at the home, please use the designated fish cleaning areas at the lake.
We have a septic system. All shampoos, soaps, cleaners, etc. must be septic safe. Do not put food down the drain. Don't flush anything other than TP.
For liability concerns, we ask that guests do not use the golf cart or kayaks in the garage. Thank you for respecting this one!

This was a great property and the host was very responsive and helpful. Plenty of room and a great bathroom configuration upstairs. The property can sleep a lot of people as there were three individual bedrooms and one big room with 5 queen beds. Kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils and other essentials. This a great spot near the lake!

Nice & roomy. Kitchen stocked with a few extra condiments & cooking supplies really helped. Walk to the beach area was reasonable. Maybe 1/4 mile. & reference book on the house rules, listing of what was close & information on surrounding area very helpful.
