MONTHLY STAYS available! 3-bedr house Playacar, close to the beach 24/7 security

LOCATION is what it is all about. This villa is located in the VILLAS DEL MAYAB community. This community is the closest group of villas to Playa del Carmen, the Caribbean Sea and even the ferry to Cozumel.

The home overlooks the third tee of the golf course and is right around the corner from the pool, tennis courts, and clubhouse. It is a three-minute walk past Mayan ruins to downtown Playa Del Carmen, the ferry to Cozumel, and the beautiful Caribbean Sea.

This is a two story houe. On the first floor you Will find the living room has an open high dome ceiling. There is also a half bath, spacious 3rd bedroom with queen size bed plus ensuite full bath

There are two large bedrooms upstairs complete with king size beds in each and ensuite full bathrooms

The master bedroom includes a large private balcony...a great place to enjoy watching the sunset on the loungers!

A private tennis court and swimming pool area are also within our community. The swimming pool area has lounge chairs and a Palapa with seating. There is also wifi available just in case you want to “go Live” on Facebook and make all your friends and family jealous of your location.

MONTHLY STAYS = ELECTRICITY NOT INCLUDED. WE REQUEST A DEPOSIT OF 500USD.
