The house was very clean and beautiful with great view and close beach access. Our stay was definitely with the money! The only thing I wish I knew, which is not the owners fault, was that you cannot bring “tents” on the beach. Anything with more than 3 points of entry is not allowed. It was hard for us all to have enough shade for us all with only a couple umbrellas when needed.

We had a wonderful family week at this beach house. Everything about it was as expected. House is 150 steps to beach access. Loved that. The outside supply closet had at least 12 beach chairs, a couple floating chairs for pool and 2 umbrellas that did not stay secure in the sand. We purchased a Shibumi and it was wonderful. Worth every penny. Elevator would have been a plus but couldn’t exactly trust that the door would open. So didn’t use. Wonderful memories made at OIB!

If you are planning to use this property, you will be pleased. It is a very short walk to the beach. Please make sure you check bed sizes for all linens that you will need to bring. You will also need to bring all paper products. (napkins, paper towels, toilet paper) We were not prepared, and they were not supplied, Thank goodness Publix is right around the corner, just over the causeway. Make sure you bring dish soap, laundry detergent if you plan on doing laundry, Hand soap as well.We had to make a couple of trips to Publix for these items. Check the pool before you enter as there was a large crab enjoying his time there. The pool net is ripped so I hope you don't have to scoop anything out. We did and it took some time but success was achieved. The beds are not the most comfortable and in my opinion the mattress have run there course and should be replaced, especially the one on the top floor(kitchen location). would consider staying there again now that I know what is needed. The welcome letter is vague.

We do want to clarify for future guests that our pre-arrival communications explain what is and is not provided with the rental, including linens and household consumables. We encourage guests to review that information before arrival, and we are always available to answer questions. We also wish you had contacted us during your stay regarding the pool net, the crab in the pool, or any other concern. We are very responsive to our guests and would have been happy to address those issues immediately rather than have you spend part of your vacation dealing with them yourself. We appreciate your comments regarding the mattresses and will inspect them based on your feedback. Beginning with our 2027 season, we are also introducing our Arrival Ready program, which will include linens, beds made before arrival, towels, and starter household and bathroom supplies. This is part of our ongoing effort to make arrival easier for our guests. We’re pleased to hear that you would consider staying with us again, and we appreciate the feedback.

Amazing!

Beautiful ocean-view property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this stunning luxury home. Everything was extremely well appointed, the kitchen had absolutely everything that we needed, and you can't beat the views from the upper porches - or the beach, just steps away.

Beautiful OIB property for a relaxing, quiet week at the beach

House is as advertised - immaculately cleaned, including pool! Kitchen is huge and can accommodate large group dinners in the living room plus seating on the front deck overlooking the ocean.

Vacation rental

Paradise found had such good energy in this home. Me and my family spent a week at this beautiful and spacious home. We all had a great time! We felt truly blessed to have stayed here for a week. I highly recommend Paradise found if your looking for your happy place.

Paradise was found!

This house was perfect for a mom's weekend away. We love the layout and the large kitchen and dining areas. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing with coffee in the mornings. Quick walk to the beach. The owner was very responsive when we had to contact him briefly at checkin. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing time for all !

We all had a wonderful time! Our 94yr old mother went swimming in the pool and had the time of her life. She never wanted to get out! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful week!

The house is wonderful, filled with everything we needed, with plenty of space for our family! The pool and decks were amazing! We ate almost every meal on the upper level deck; we even spotted dolphins jumping while we were out enjoying the deck! The walk to the beach was so quick and easy, and the beach equipment (chairs and umbrellas) was great!

Location was easy access to the beach! The kitchen had most things we needed! We loved using the griddle to make pancakes, or bacon, or eggs! The kids loved having the pool to come back to after the beach, or to start the day off while waiting for everyone to get ready! The beds were comfy, which was super important for us grandparents! The elevator was such a blessing to get food and luggage to the right floor! Not to mention the outside closet that had beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. We didn’t have to bring any of that, so we brought 2 bikes to ride instead! It was great!
