The communication with the owner was easy and accurate. The only thing i will note is that the parking can be a challenge but not something that is not insurmountable. Nice place, quiet and convenient to local convenience stores and the DC mall. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent amenities for family stay in amazing location. Easy walk to Capitol and Union Station through quaint neighborhood. The place is exactly as pictured. It is a short walk away from a lot. Do not plan on parking car and leaving in neighborhood during the weekday you will need a parking pass or take your car with you. Great coffee shop just a very short walk away. Felt safe every where we walked and when coming and going

Perfect Location!

This cute brownstone was perfect for our family of 5. Great location that was wakable to city transportation and a small grocery and lots of restaurants. If we couldn't find something the owner had it to us within hours. Only down side was that the kitchen was pretty sparse and the beds were more firm than we are used to.
