The retreat is located in one of Luquillo’s most enjoyable coastal areas, directly beside the Caribbean Sea and within walking distance of the famous Luquillo Kiosks. The kiosks offer a lively collection of Puerto Rican restaurants, seafood, international cuisine, tropical drinks, music, shopping, and nightlife.

Beautiful beaches extend in both directions from the property, giving guests plenty of opportunities to walk along the coast, swim, sunbathe, and enjoy the water. The surrounding area has a relaxed beach-town atmosphere while placing you close to many of Puerto Rico’s most memorable attractions.

El Yunque National Forest is approximately 10 minutes away. The Fajardo area, marinas, excursions, bioluminescent bay tours, and ferry transportation to Vieques and Culebra are also within an easy drive. San Juan and the international airport are approximately 40 minutes away, depending on traffic.

Although restaurants and beach activities are available nearby, we recommend renting a vehicle if you plan to explore El Yunque, Fajardo, Vieques, Culebra, San Juan, and the many beaches and attractions along Puerto Rico’s northeastern coast.

• Beach and shoreline conditions naturally change with the seasons, tides, and ocean swells. The sand directly in front of the property may vary, particularly from approximately October through March. During high tides or strong swells, water may temporarily cover the sand immediately in front of the home. Expansive beach access remains available just steps away in either direction.

• This property accommodates large groups, but only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted unless additional visitors or an event have received prior written approval.

• Parties, events, professional photography, and gatherings beyond the registered guest count require advance approval and may be subject to additional fees, requirements, and restrictions.

• Puerto Rico is a tropical island. Occasional interruptions to public electricity, water, internet, or other utility services can occur. The property is equipped with solar power and a whole-house generator to provide additional reliability during unexpected electrical outages; however, interruptions involving outside service providers may still be beyond our control.

• Tropical weather can change quickly. Outdoor areas, the pool, hot tub, fountains, sauna, beach access, and other exterior amenities may occasionally require maintenance or temporary closure due to weather, safety concerns, or necessary repairs.

• Children must be supervised at all times around the pool, hot tub, sauna, ocean, and outdoor areas.

• Guests should expect the natural sounds of the ocean. Depending on the day and time, music or activity may also be heard from the surrounding beach community and nearby Luquillo Kiosks.
