Welcome to Commodore 1003, a Gulf-front retreat on the quiet East End of Panama City Beach. This desirable location is steps from sugar-white sand and within walking distance of local restaurants, with marinas, golf courses, St. Andrews State Park, and Schooners beachfront dining just minutes away.

The resort sits directly on the Gulf, offering a seasonally heated pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, basketball court, shuffleboard, cornhole, grilling pavilion, picnic tables, and a fire pit. With direct beach access, guests can enjoy chair and umbrella rentals, jet skis, volleyball, and endless coastal activities. Free daily beach service—two chairs and one umbrella—is included from March through October.

This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo accommodates up to 8 guests. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining and living area, which features a Smart TV and queen sleeper sofa. The Gulf-front primary bedroom offers a King bed, Smart TV, and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom includes two Queen beds and a flat-screen TV, with a hall bath conveniently located nearby. Step onto the private balcony to enjoy stunning Gulf views and unforgettable sunsets.

Not what I expected from the description or pictures.This unit needs some updating and repairs. It’s not in the best condition.Curtain rods in the living room and master bedroom are just bare metal rods and the brackets were about to fall out of the wall. I did let the office know and they offered to come up to repair during our stay.I understand when the rental only provides an initial start up supply of certain items(TP, paper towels, laundry detergent etc) but I’ve never stayed at a place that doesn’t have a box of trash bags under the sink or somewhere. There were no extra trash bags for the kitchen. I found it to be very inconvenient considering how much we paid per night.The shower curtain in the master bathroom was super old and too long, we literally stepped on it every time we were showering (that could have caused the rod to fall). There wasn’t one blanket in the condo. When you’re on the couch trying to watch tv at night it would be nice to have one.The description says “high quality bathroom towels”. They were nowhere close to being high quality. They were super small and thin and extremely worn/old. Barely larger than the hand towels. It could use a major upgrade in linens.Overall the location was nice and the property itself was in ok condition. For the price I would expect more.
