The room, balcony, view of the ocean was spectacular. We saw dolphins swim by at times from the balcony. The white quartz sand, warm ocean water was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property. Enjoyed the stay, can’t beat the views! Inside of our place very neat and more spacious than I thought. Turtle eggs hatched and we got to see the day we got there. Literally directly behind us on the beach. I would rent this again.

Great location. Smaller resort so not nearly as crowded as some of the larger resorts.

The condo was extremely nice and well stocked. Very roomy and comfortable. Lovely beach and pool view. The only negative was the floor needs to be deep cleaned. We vacuumed and mopped before we unpacked. I assume this needs to be addressed with Southern Resort Mgmt.

The location was excellent with many things within walking distance. My only complaint is that the friends who slept on the twin beds were disturbed by how squeaky the mattresses were. Might consider replacing them. My king size bed was great as was the queen in the other bedroom. The twins are probably most often used by kids who wouldn’t be bothered, but it was unfortunate for my adult friends. Overall it was a great place. I would recommend.

The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. There was a small snafu with getting the fob to open the gate into the private parking area, and communication about it was slow. Turns out, the fobs were in a bag, inside a box, in the cabinet above the microwave. We never found them on our own, and I'm not sure why they weren't just placed on the counter. Management was apologetic about it, and this was our only issue. We had a gorgeous view of the beach, and everything we needed (groceries, Starbucks, restaurants) were close by.
