Summary:
Valley View offers guests all the comforts of home! This ranch style home has 4 bedrooms, a full bath, large living room, fully stocked kitchen and great outdoor patio and plenty of parking! The location is fantastic, nestled in a quiet valley in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains just between Whitesburg and Hindman! Guests will enjoy this lovely retreat and pets will too!
The Space:
This lovely, ranch style home is perfect for a large group. There are a total of four bedrooms, two with king beds and two with queen beds. Three bedrooms are down a hallway and the fourth is on the opposite end of the house and opens up to the outdoor patio. There is one bathroom with a tub and shower combo. The kitchen is very spacious and has everything you need to cook your own meals and the laundry room is just off the kitchen. There is a small fire pit and charcoal grill that guests may enjoy. The driveway will park up to 4 cars or two trucks with trailers.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to all areas of the home except for the outdoor storage room on the patio. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the fenced yard.
The Neighborhood:
This home is located in a residential neighborhood that is very safe and all the neighbors are very friendly.
Getting Around:
GPS will bring you straight to the home. Look for the green street sign at the end of the road to take you to the home once inside the neighborhood.
Other Things to Note:
This home is located in a residential neighborhood on a dead end street. It is a very safe area and all the neighbors are very friendly. Please do not park on the empty lot at the end of the driveway.

I do not often meet guests in person but I am always available 24/7.
