Diana was wonderful from booking to check out! The place was just beautiful and as pictured. Very clean, very well equipped with everything needed and she checked in to be sure everything was perfect! I will use this every time I come to visit my grandchildren who live in Valrico! Diana thank you so much for making everything perfect!

The room was EXACTLY as it looks in the ad. It was impeccably clean and amazingly designed. The location was very good just a few minutes from the main roads leading to a variety of eateries, attractions and the very popular PUBLIX. Diana responded quickly to any questions that I had.The Serenity Villa is a beautiful, quiet, and safe place to stay in Florida. I give it 5 stars all the way.

The unit was well decorated, very clean, quiet, and Diana was a great host. Water and snacks were waiting for us when we arrived. The kitchen is fully stocked with most everything you would need. This unit is relatively new and located just off Bloomdale Ave, a Main Street in Brandon. The bed was firm but comfortable. We highly recommend this property.

Lovely Hotel Alternative with Great Attention to Detail

In Brandon visiting relatives for 5 days. We'd normally stay in a hotel, but the nearest decent one was on the other side of I75, many miles and lots of traffic away. Serenity Villa was perfect for our needs. SV is connected to an older home in an established neighborhood near the intersection of two major cross streets. Thus, it is convenient to anywhere you'd want to go in Brandon and Bloomingdale. It is a recent conversion/construction (likely a garage conversion with a bathroom added at the end). The attention to detail is amazing! Very stylish and modern with tasteful and thoughtful touches. My wife loved the shower--good pressure and heat--and wanted to know the manufacturer of the shower heads. The accent lights around the bed are delightful. We didn't cook (it's not set up for heavy cooking), but light cooking is possible. Overall, a wonderful experience in a safe and convenient family neighborhood. We highly recommend SV and would not hesitate to return.

Clean clean, cozy, cozy, convenient, convenient! Just like the description. Diana had the place in Amazing shape ready to host. It was perfect for my needs for the convention that I was attending. She had a binder with great recommendations and super easy to communicate with. The local is perfect, couldn’t be more convenient. Love that it’s slightly off the beaten path, away from the hustle and bustle of Tampa but SUPER easy to get to where you need to be! Loved it! Would stay again and would recommend it if you’ll be in the area! 5 stars!
