We found everything to be exactly as listed. The condo was spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet. We had our own screened porch with a nice table and cushioned chairs. There is a community pool, billiard room, gym and a beautiful lake on the grounds. All of these are available to the renters. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. Wd plan to rent here again.

Stayed for 5 days visiting family. It was perfect for us to come back and relax. Disappointed that the pool was still closed due to hurricane, but we were able to sit outside by the beautiful lake and see the different birds. Conveniently located in Brandon. Very clean and having washer and dryer was great. Managers were very responsive and friendly!!

Nice Clean Condo in Quiet Complex
