We booked specifically for the pool and there was no key to access the pool. Communication was good prior to discussion about the pool but as soon as I asked about the pool responses were very delayed. I've asked about a partial refund 3 times with no response. I feel a partial refund is fair as tge property was not as advertised with a pool as the #1 amentity.
