My husband and myself are both from Pennsylvania. We arrived in January 1988 and nested down to make North Pole our home. We own several properties in the area for short and long term rentals. We enjoy offering clean well maintained units for our Tenants and guests.

This building is 1 mile from the gate of Eielson AFB. Convenient off the Richardson Hwy.
What makes this property unique
This triplex has been totally renovated summer 2023. Stainless steel appliances. Very fresh and relaxing unit.
