Such a nice and well decorated place. It is an older building and didn’t have any ceiling fans (just prepare if you’re hot natured). Never stayed on ground floor but needed it for my grandmother and it was the best! Having the pool right by the unit was a huge plus with kids . This is probably the best location unit in the whole complex. The patio area does have a step off but it blends in so be careful not to trip, my grandmother did so we just put the chairs in front so I would have to move them before she would walk out (not the owners fault just something to really pay attention to). The place was clean, but I clean for a living and it could have been better for my standards but it wasn’t anything that would keep me from staying again. This is a smaller complex and NO overcrowding on the beach or pool and that is a huge plus. I’ve been going to PCB for over 30 years and this is the best place I’ve ever stayed at. We had the best time!
