We are located less than a few miles from downtown, the Capitol complex, FSU and FAMU. We are also located near numerous restaurants, shopping, parks and Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. Walk, bike, drive or public transportation...all options...YOUR CHOICE!

Located on the second floor, The Loft offers peace, security and serenity with tree top views! Our differentiators include an unmatched historical charm including a true `southern` front porch with rockers, hardwood floors throughout the apartment and eclectic furnishings with an attention to details all while being conveniently located near the Capitol complex, FSU and FAMU. Whether you are here for work or vacation, the apartment is equipped to meet your needs. We offer high speed Wifi, a work station with charging ports, televisions in each bedroom and the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances including a dishwasher, comfortable queen size beds with plush bedding; a full bathroom with bluetooth speakers and free onsite parking. So, come sit on our porch, enjoy the shade of our 100 year old magnolia tree or just be amazed at some of our spectacular sunsets from the comforts of our LOFT!

As stated earlier, we are located in the Old Town neighborhood of Tallahassee. It is a quiet, mature, downtown residential neighborhood minutes away from the Capitol complex; FSU and FAMU. Restaurants, shopping and parks are within walking distance or a short car ride. We are truly “At Home in the Heart of It All!”

Maximum two cars only for on-site parking. Any extra cars will have to park on the street.

If your vehicle extends into the sidewalk, please park across the street away from driveways and mailboxes.

Great accommodations for a weekend stay! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was spacious for 4 adults and located in very cute and quiet neighborhood. The location was great and only a quick Uber ride away from the FSU stadium. While limited on some household supplies (kitchen and cleaning products), it was no issue as we spent most of our time outside of the apartment. Communication with the property owners was great. Highly recommend this property!
