4. Pet Policy 🐾 Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay and an additional fee. Notify us in advance.
5. Quiet Hours 🤫 Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Let’s respect our neighbors.
6. No Parties or Events 🎉❌ Parties, large gatherings, and events are not allowed. Penalty: $1,000, plus immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

It was a very nice cottage within walking distance of the center of Montreal. There were many supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, so I didn't have any trouble cooking for myself. Also, the owner was very kind and gentle, so I was able to spend a very comfortable time. It was clean and I had a very good time!
This is an average property that did not quite match the photos posted online.The building also has metal doors which proved very noisy at all hours of the day and night.
The most important thing here is the excellent communication in this case with Sam. Very quick to repond. Its clean and does all you need and cost effective. It was not 1400 square feet, it did not have washer/dryer. Understand if you are on middle floor, you hear all footsteps above. Again awesome communication and great value, but not quite as marketed.

Let me give Pros first:Budget Friendly stay within the City with everything close by.Cons / Disadvantage - Reason I won't recommend.Building - Property in 2nd Floor with no access to lift , so it might be a problem with elder guests and to pull the luggage upArea - Area looks little shady, and I wont recommend it if you are a family.Property : No dishwasher so you might have to clean your own utensils.Disturbance in night as sometime the property becomes noisy and sometimes loud noice from the upper floor , disturbing your sleep. We received the property access after 2 hrs of checkin time but you you delay the checkout , you will be charged with penalty.Verdict - It's a budget friendly property if you are with friends and bachelor, but if with family and kids ...do avoid.
