Jeffrey was a great host. He met us at the property and gave us his personal tour. His response to all our questions and requests was immediate and made us feel like we had our own concierge service. The home was beyond beautiful: the house, the view, the location and the amenities were all phenomenal. We would stay here again for any family events in the LA area.

Great property in Hermosa Beach. Plenty of room for a big family and the home theater and lower level Aqua Bar were faves.Pool time, and the backyard in general, was where our family had the best time together, enjoying beautiful weather.Host was very accessible and understanding to our questions about the house.

The home is absolutely stunning! Everything you could ever want and more. The location is good and the house is well stocked. The host, Jeff, was very available to answer questions and help when needed. Our family would love to stay here again!

Wow! Where to start?! Jeffrey was an amazing host—communication, responsiveness from the start all TEN stars! Met and gave us tour of the house. Wonderful guy! Now the house—we had a 3-generation family with 11 people—perfect choice for us. Stunning entry! Amazing kitchen! Lots of parking room in garage. Well stocked with towels, paper products, etc. Views everywhere! Six bedrooms (one is the den/library with a pull-out sofa but had an en-suite bathroom and closet). Two bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom; all others had their own bathrooms. One BR on this side had door to large balcony/ocean view. The primary suite! Huge with FPs in both BR & bathroom, full walls of glass with fantastic ocean views, huge spa tub & full-room closet, separate toilet & bidet room, huge shower with connecting “outdoor” shower, balcony from BR facing the ocean, & a cozy patio area outside the bathroom with a double chaise lounge, view of ocean. The pool area—wow! Infinity pool, raised spa, ocean view. Lots of lounge chairs & separate outdoor kitchen set up, b’que & pizza oven. Views from everywhere! We made full use of the amenities in the basement - a full bar & TV room, steam room, sauna, gym, pool table, & our favorite - a theater room. Just too much to write about! About a 1/2 mile walk to the pier, strand right down the street. Be prepared to use your tech skills. Lights, A/C, TVs, all primarily controlled by an app with iPads. Expensive but so worth it for us, amazing experience! A
