Emily is an incredible host and we had a very pleasant and smooth experience with check-in/out and any and all questions answered. After long days at the beach and exploring the island this is such a relaxing and clean environment to end your day. The views are stunning and the north-size breeze is an added bonus. We hope to be back soon!
Perfect place to stay while visiting the VI. Place had ample space, new appliances, everything was super clean, and the view was amazing. Host was super helpful addressing anything that came up. Only tip for future guests is if you rent a car make sure to get an AWD vehicle since the gravel drive way can be kind of steep and if you have a 2 wheel drive car it might be hard to get out.
We have been to St Thomas several times and this place is exactly as shown! Very clean and stocked with everything you need. Will def recommend to others.
Very nice house that has been recently redone. It's a little off the beaten path, but a beautiful view. It does have a grocery store and Megans/Hull all within 10 min or so.The house has plenty of cooking items/amenities, strong Wifi and even some beach towels. We would appreciate the opportunity to come back again. Thanks Emily!

we began our stay on 4/1, which was the same day that the new owners closed on the rental. I had the opportunity to meet the new owners and they have big improvement plans in place, which are much needed. We stayed in the lower level of the house for a week. The view was lovely and the rental was equipped with almost everything we needed. We cooked almost all of meals at the house and had all kitchen tools that we needed. Our biggest challenges were the lack of accuracy of the Vrbo listing, the St. Thomas daily power outages, the surprise construction on the house, and the propane run out. There is no grill on the lower level which did not match the listing. The grill is on the upper level, directly outside the other units front door so it’s a bit awkward to use. The listing noted that there was solar. However, only the upper unit had solar, not the lower, so when the daily power outages rolled through, there was no power at the lower unit until about 6pm. The new owners are installing solar for the lower unit, so that will be a big win for any future guests. The propane was one of the larger irritants of the stay as that was something that the property manager should have addressed ahead of our stay. The propane drove the dryer heating and the stove/oven. They sent someone a while later to replace. The new owners began construction on the house immediately following closing, however we were not notified that workers would be there first thing in the morning everyday.

Overall, the property was clean and quaint equipped with all the appliances and fresh towels and linens, but the pictures are deceiving. There is no water view from the balcony or front door--only a grassy backyard, bushes/trees, and a partial radio tower. The listing doesn't state that it is a duplex. The pictures show the entire home. The property was difficult to find. There was confusion regarding the entry code (upper unit vs lower unit), and there were 2-3 different Vrbo vs. host Wi-fi passwords. The host was pleasant enough, but Vrbo made it difficult to contact the host directly. This property was not what we expected, so instead of staying at this St. Thomas property for our remaining 3 days, we took the ferry back to St. John's and remained there until time to return home.
