Welcome to your ocean-view Caribbean home away from home at Point Pleasant Resort, B2.

This Premiere 1-bedroom ocean-view villa offers amazing water and island views, easy access from the parking lot, and one of the resort’s most desirable lower-level locations. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small families, B2 sleeps up to 4 guests and is located just steps from private Sugar Beach and the Shoreline Pool, creating an easy and relaxing St. Thomas getaway.

The villa features a king bedroom with shutter doors for added privacy, a renovated bathroom with a large shower and access from both the bedroom and kitchen, and a spacious living area with a large TV and sliding glass doors that open to the balcony. The renovated kitchen is fully equipped and includes a convection microwave oven and cooktop, while indoor dining for 4 offers beautiful ocean views. Guests can open the glass doors to enjoy the Caribbean breezes or relax on the balcony watching the ships go by.

B2 has direct access from the parking lot and is ideally positioned near the Shoreline Pool and Sugar Beach. Point Pleasant Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. The resort is also close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay. Shuttle service operates throughout the 15-acre property.

While island-wide power interruptions may occasionally occur, the resort is protected by a full-property backup generator system designed to keep guest units and essential resort services operating smoothly, including water, internet/Wi-Fi, restaurants, laundry facilities, and resort operations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and smoking is prohibited in public areas and inside condominium units. We also recommend purchasing “cancel for any reason” travel insurance for added peace of mind.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was perfect! The resort is really nice and we loved the view from our location! It’s a short walk down to the beach but there is so much to see right from the deck!

Wonderful property

Great stay. There’s a couple of restaurants on site. We went to sun and sea grill and the food was terrific. The view from our place was fantastic. If you wake up early enough you will see a magnificent sunrise.

Perfect Spot on Saint Thomas

Nicely appointed property with a convenient location on Saint Thomas. Very clean and comfortable. The Resort beach is private and a short walk from the property. Good snorkeling! The resort bar and grill is an excellent place for lunches or light dinners.

Very Pleasant at Point Pleasant

We stayed here for a week in July 2022 and loved it. We would definitely like to return some day. Very beautiful views. The condo was comfortable and everything worked. Close to the small sugar beach on the property. Very peaceful place.

We loved this property! Condo was right over the water with a large balcony for relaxing. Good sized kitchen for making coffee or small meals. We were just steps from an upscale restaurant, two pools, a nature walk path, at least one small private beach, a casual restaurant for breakfast, lunch and drinks, and a grocery store and Margaritaville restaurant. Our snorkel tour was booked right on the property and we also boarded our catamaran right from the dock! If you didn’t want to go anywhere else on the island everything was right there for you. We’d definitely go back!

Our Favorite Location in Point Pleasant Resort

Villa B2 is our favorite spot at Point Pleasant Resort. The villa we stayed at previously was great and came with a better selection of beach gear, but the unobstructed views from this one are slightly better. The location on the shoreline allowed us to sit on the lanai and listen to the gentle sound of the waves lapping on the rocks below. Amazing. My only suggested improvement would be a larger capacity water heater. The hot water runs out in less than 10 minutes and takes a while to recover.

Stayed February 3-10. Winter Storm Landon , we’re from Indiana, decided to disrupt outgoing flight. After driving originally two hours north(usual commute ) of my home to airport all flights that night & next day were cancelled. So, we drove 6hrs south to catch a flight to Miami then on to st Thomas! So nice when we arrived that unit smelled so clean! This is our 6th time staying at Point Pleasant, 2 times in this unit. We stayed in another unit other 4 times. The staff I encountered, gate keepers, check in person & Norman (property manager i think thats your title), were all very friendly & professional. Shoreline was great as usual. Just wish Margaritaville guests wouldn’t take up all the tables all the time…..they’ve got their own resort, hang out there!! Overall great time & we will return!

Nice Condo

Everything was great! This particular condo has the best location within the complex. Your're right over the water with awesome views. The balcony is a nice place to relax. I would stay again. The only negatives. I really wouldn't consider the condo a 1 bedroom. It's an efficiency with curtains as a divider. So, if your a couple with children, do not expect privacy. Sugar Beach is really not the place you'll be hanging out to enjoy a beach. There's a small patch of sand and the area is rocky. You'll want to venture out to public beaches, but you would anyway. Rent a car. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. The restaurant on site has good food, just as good as anywhere on the island.

Fantastic!

We’ve stayed and Point Pleasant about 15 times and this was our favorite unit so far! The location at the end of the row of units meant we had unobstructed views, incredible!
