Built in 2019 and located in Saratoga Springs, this house is a dream. This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom luxurious home is a 5 minute walk to Saratoga racecourse and 10 minute walk to downtown. It is easy access to SPAC as well as I-87 and only 25 minutes from Albany international airport. The spacious floor plan consists of a master king bedroom on the first floor as well as a second junior suite with a king bed on the second floor and two additional bedrooms with queen beds. There is a full kitchen with a large kitchen table, children's play area and office area with wifi throughout the house. The backyard patio has a large outside dining table as well as a fire pit, grill and playground area. The house has a washer and dryer and comes with plenty of amenities. This house is perfect for a family weekend get a way or a big group looking to go to the racetrack, SPAC or enjoy downtown Saratoga Springs. This place has it all.
