Room was as described, beds very comfortable. We had a hiccup or two but the management company was on call 24/7…. and helped get the problems solved right away. I would definitely stay here again.

great stay

Great stay! Extremely comfortable and clean condo. Beds were very comfortable. My only suggestion would be a few more kitchen essentials such as measuring cups and a few tupperware bowls with lids.

The location of this property is excellent and we really enjoyed the pool and the beach access. However, there were a few issues that the property owner should address. The most important of these is that while the condo was superficially clean, it really needs a good deep cleaning. I understand that the humidity in Florida is intense, but there was black mold/mildew in both bathrooms and on the air vents. Since we had people in our party with asthma and allergies this was problematic. The grout in the bathrooms is pretty dirty as well. The sheets on the beds in the secondary bedroom were cheap polyester and were very scratchy and uncomfortable. The mattress on one of the beds in that room was slanted so that the person sleeping on it felt like she was rolling off the bed and didn't get a good night sleep any of the nights we were there. Finally, the toilet in the master bathroom would run after flushing so that we had to go back and flush a second time or wiggle the handle to get it to stop.

The condo was great-very clean and up to date. Communication was excellent. I had to email the host while I was down there and the response time was less than an hour. This was our third stay at Dunes and I would absolutely stay again and recommend to others!
