The property and the neighborhood was excellent. Due to the noisy mattresses (back room/ room across from master bedrm). Also one dish dry towel and one rag like dish towel), We gave the property 3.5 rating. I would stay again, if the above issues are resolved. Other than the above issues the property could be an easy five star (in my humble opinion)!!! *** Please update the mattresses***

We had several issues during our stay, and even though the host was responsive, I would never recommend this place to anyone. The main bathroom had no hot water, WiFi was out for the first half of our trip, and the dishwasher didn't work. The beds were uncomfortable, and the cabinets were filthy, with random trash, dirty tissues, and storage items thrown throughout. For a house that sleeps 16, there was one drinking glass, one wine glass, and one coffee cup, and the dishes that were available were dirty. Many other reviews complain of this so it clearly never has been addressed. Ants were in the bathroom, and the toilet paper, paper towels, and bath products were nearly or completely empty. When we raised these issues, we were told the amenities weren't guaranteed, even though they're listed. When we contacted VRBO about these problems, the host told them we were lying. If you stay here know that you would need to bring your own kitchenware, trash bags, and paper products. Basically, you’re better off at a hotel where these things would always be guaranteed.

The property is beautiful, spacious, great for our Alumni weekend. The problems we encountered were not enough supplies i.e. 1 trash bag, 1 paper towel, no dishwashing liquid, needed new sponges, couldn't find toilet tissue etc. So, all of these things we had to go buy. Also, the property could use some TLC w/ the cleaning. It was great for the 8 of us. The host is awesome and responds quickly. I would rent this home again for Alumni!

A thankful review for our Thanksgiving family gathering! We truly enjoyed our time during this stay. When my aunt wanted to host our family for thanksgiving it was serendipitous to find this property 2 minutes from her in the neighborhood. It was clean and beautifully decorated. We were able to comfortably spread out, cook, and relax. The check in process was a breeze and the hosts were very responsive even on the holiday! If you are looking for a family friendly place for your next trip this is a place you don't want to miss.

This Home was spacious and, the kitchen was equipped with basic needs. If having a dinner party, bring what you think you’ll need. The home has kitchen equipment, just always good to be prepared (my suggestion). Bowls etc. The host was very accessible throughout our stay. I will for sure be booking this home in the future.

Home was perfect for our family (including 3 kids) and friends. We were there from Virginia to celebrate our Son’s wedding. Plenty of room for 7 adults and 3 kids. Home could use more silverware, bowls, and other kitchen items. Beautiful home!

Amazing experience honestly. The hosts did amazing at communicating with me to make sure my stay was comfortable. House was clean and beautiful. Had all the amenities you would need! Even had multiple impressed with the booking as well. Can’t say enough good things !

Not a house set up for 16 people. There is no queen bed in the living room as listed. There are not many chairs. There is a severe lack of cutlery and plates and glasses in the kitchen. The property itself is very nice and pretty. Large yard and beautiful neighborhood.

There were no cereal bowls and very few glasses. I was surprised at the poor quality of decor, dishes and utensils in a high-end rental. The interiors of several of the kitchen and bathroom cabinets need to be cleaned and/or repaired. There were no hand towels and no place to hang towels. It was spacious and adequate for our family gathering. We would stay there again.
