This is a fun and well maintained property. Easy to access and every thing is provided. Its an easy 1.5 block walk to the beach. The B street access was not to busy and always had parking. There is a decent surf break for the area there as well. Good for alot of kids.

Loved this place! Best rental we have ever stayed at. Very clean, lots of extras and short walk to the beach. Can’t say enough great things about it. We are so sad to leave today. We will be back.

Had a great time at Melbourne Beach! The location was great as it was only a block from the beach and centrally located to many places nearby. There were a lot of items available for the beach as well. We had a few issues but the hosts were responsive and took care of any problems quickly. Overall we had a great experience during our vacation here!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect location in a safe, quiet walkable neighborhood. Wonderful landscaping, great pool and Jacuzzi, one block to beach access and exceptional privacy. House was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for our family to spread out. Lots to do close by and great restaurants within 15-30 minute drive. We enjoyed epic ping-pong battles in the game room and evening walks to watch the sunset at the pier. We would definitely stay here again.

Hosts were very nice, prompt and hospitable! This was the perfect home for a family to enjoy themselves in a great location. We loved the surf and beach decor and vibe! Very cool and thoughtfully designed. The backyard was a tropical oasis. Great stay and would come back again!

Overall an amazing house only a super quick walk from the beach! 15 minute straight shot to Walmart and only about 10 to Publix! The ONLY “complaints” if I can even call them that were outlets were hard to find in certain areas and just little bits of things that could’ve probably been wiped down a little better BUT nothing that would make you think dirty! VERY clean sheets and surfaces all around! Host was extremely responsive throughout our stay! HIGHLY recommend!!
