What a perfect beach house! Had anything and everything we needed. Didn't need to bring chairs, umbrellas, wagon, or boogie boards...it was all there! The house was very clean and open with a great front porch that we sat on often. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. Only steps from the beach and short drive to restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again!!

This was a fantastic house for our family of 5. Well-equipped kitchen. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Close to beach. Lots of beach chairs and toys, but recommend renting a shibumi from somewhere as setting up an umbrella on the beach is not easy. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Practically Perfect. It is in an excellent location with an easy walk to the beach, even for the kids. They had a nice stock of beach gear too, and the outdoor shower was clutch for rinsing off after the beach. Inside the unit was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. The host Stephanie was very responsive and made sure we had a great stay. Overall we were very happy with our visit and would come back again!

We loved our 3 days at Practically Perfect and are looking forward to the next! Books were devoured on the front porch, puzzles and games played at the kitchen table and a movie night watched from the comfy sofas. We cooked in and kitchen is stocked with everything you need. There was plenty of room for all four of us to have our space to spend our last few days together before work and school take over again. Beach access was phenomenal. It is literally 200 steps! Love that the place is back a block. It is on a quiet street with little traffic in front or behind. We loved catching the sun rise from the front deck and a beautiful sunset over the canal on the back deck. All in all practically perfect provided a perfect place to catch some rays and relax!

The house was fantastic, and the owner was very responsive. We had an issue arise during our stay, and within the hour, the owner was there to fix the issue. The owner checked in later to ensure the issue was still resolved. The owner also provided a selection of snacks which my kids enjoyed after the car ride. The open layout of the kitchen and living allowed for everyone to hangout while dinner was cooking. The property had everything one would need to cook for themselves. Additionally, the beds were very comfortable, and each room had a ceiling fan. There were books and games available for use, and the smart tvs allowed for streaming. The furniture and appliances are as advertised. The ice maker in the fridge worked very well, filling the tray completely each day. There was also a cooler and some chairs available, but I brought my own so I didn’t use them. The property is conveniently located a block and half to the beach about 3 miles from The Point. The property’s location is less crowded at the beach, and there was plenty of space for everyone even on a holiday weekend. The two kitchen upgrades that would be beneficial would be a large (14”) frying pan and a better selection of kitchen knives. We were able to make do with what was provided without any problems.Overall the house was great, and the name is very fitting. It was “Practically Perfect.” 100% would stay again.

Check-in was smooth. We had a wonderful beach vacation! The house was very comfortable and felt like a true home away from home. The kitchen was impressively well stocked, which made cooking meals easy. One of the best features was the location; the beach really is just steps away, and it was never crowded, making it perfect for relaxing and unwinding. We spent countless hours on the front porch, which quickly became our favorite spot. Even with the hot weather, the porch stayed surprisingly comfortable. Wonderful stay

The house was very clean, exactly as advertised, and plenty spacious for our family of 3. There is a wonderful carport to keep your beach items and car under. Outdoor shower and hoses were a big plus. Small Ocean view from the front porch and you can hear it as well. Short walk to the beach and the access does not have steps. Plenty of kitchen items to use for cooking. Just bring your own foil, spray, spices, etc. Only downside was the living room being too warm to actually sit in at night. We pulled all the blinds closed but it was still very warm. Host was very good to work with. Overall, I would recommend this home.
