HOUSE RULES
• Maximum of 10 registered guests
• Only registered guests are permitted on the property at any time (no visitors) No outside visitors are allowed without prior approval.
• No parties, events, or gatherings of any kind without prior written approval from the owner
• Any approved event will require advance discussion, additional fees, and a separate agreement
• Quiet residential neighborhood — outdoor noise must be kept low at all times
NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY — STRICTLY PROHIBITED
A $300 fee will be charged if there is any evidence of smoking.
This is a high fire risk hillside area. NO violation of the no-smoking rule or unsafe behavior with fire (including candles, sparks, etc.) please.

FEES & EXTRAS
• Pool heating: $150 per day (must be requested in advance; turned on prior to arrival)
• Pet fee: $350 per stay (dogs only, sorry no cats)

SECURITY
For safety and insurance purposes, Ring cameras are located at:
• Front entrance
• Pool/deck area
GOOD TO KNOW
• Weekly gardener and pool service (Fridays)
• Hillside property with natural surroundings — occasional wildlife
• High fire risk area — please be extremely careful and respectful at all times
• The kitchen features a restaurant-style stove. For safety, pilot lights must remain on — if a burner goes out, please relight it promptly.
• Plumbing is sensitive — no wipes or anything other than toilet paper may be flushed.
Any plumbing issues caused by improper use (including wipes) may result in the cost of repair being charged to the guest.

• Please take care when using the BBQ, fire pit, or outdoor heater — ensure everything is fully turned off after use due to the high fire risk area.

It is very private..Totally gated. ... but just yards from Mulholland Drive and Laurel Canyon and minutes from hiking trails and so much to do in either Studio City and all its great restaurants or Universal Studios and Warner Bros or down to Hollywood Blvd or Sunset Strip and West Hollywood and Beverly Hills.. Very convenient. Ventura Blvd, down at the bottom of Laurel Canyon in Studio City has so many cool restaurants and coffee shops and food markets. Plus a great Farmers Market every sunday morning 9 - 1 pm on Ventura Place. It can get windy in the evenings sometimes so I appreciate it if guests put the umbrellas down on the deck.
