Whilst being part of Manor Estate, you'll still feel as if you have the whole place to yourself.
The space
Nestled amidst the picturesque Wiltshire countryside and with origins dating back to the late 17th Century, Manor Estate offers a captivating retreat for those seeking an unforgettable holiday experience. Whether you are planning a special occasion, friend's reunion or relaxed retreat, you are guaranteed to make special memories here.

As you walk through the front door, the ground floor is home to a utility area equipped with a washing machine and drying rack (washing machine tablets are provided) and WC. Ascend the stairs to find a cosy open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, and double bedroom. On the top floor there are three further bedrooms (one en-suite) and a family bathroom.

On a warm summer’s day, guests can enjoy a meal or bottle of bubbly sat round the courtyard dining table. It's the perfect spot to socialise with loved ones and make special memories to last a lifetime.

The Courtyard offers fully-equipped self-catering accommodation whilst being an ideal base from which to explore Stonehenge (2 miles away), Salisbury (10 miles away) and the local area. Manor Estate is within walking distance of the local pub and a short drive to Stonehenge and Salisbury.

Guest access
Guests will have sole use of the Courtyard accommodation and adjacent patio/courtyard area. Whilst it is attached to the main house, you will feel like you have the place to yourselves.
Other things to note
Please note, no pets are permitted. We have a 3-bed wing at the other end of the Estate which sleeps 6 should you require additional accommodation.

Manor Estate has a spacious barn with a seating capacity of 120 which is available for hire. Should you wish to hire the venue for an event in conjunction with the accommodation, please do drop us a message and we will be happy to discuss options with you. Every inch a family home, we are not stuffy or formal but relaxed and welcoming – allowing you to make the venue and barn yours for your stay.
