Brand new -Jan 2025- 2 BR, 2 BA villa in TradeWinds, Homosassa

This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa will make your stay very relaxing. As you walk up the stairs of this home on stilts you will reach the very spacious porch. On the porch there is a dining set to enjoy your outdoor dinners, a gas BBQ and a comfortable lounging area. In the large living room you will find a very comfortable couch. The bright kitchen is very well equipped, so cooking a meal will be easy. The dining room set is large enough to seat your whole family. The Master bedroom has a King, and it has a TV. The Master bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a double vanity, a toilet and a stand-alone tub. The second bedroom has two Twins and its own TV. So, plenty of room to house a family. The second bathroom has a double vanity and a shower/tub combination.
Underneath the house there is plenty of room to park your car and, if you bring a boat, your trailer. Bring your own boat, docks are available for rent, and we can accommodate boats up to 26 ft. The Marina has direct access to the Gulf of Mexico for great fishing, dolphin watching, scalloping and swimming and in the winter visit the manatees at the Homosassa Springs. The community has a nice swimming pool

TradeWinds Homosassa Marina Resort is a very special place especially for boat lovers and fishermen. All the luxury villa's do have a boat slip for rent. Our property is on the Homosassa River with direct acces to the Golf of Mexico (app. 20 minutes).
