This cozy retreat features 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, one bathroom and a shower as well as a fully equipped kitchen and the shared use of a grill. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Wells and our apartment has to offer. Free WiFi included.

It should be noted that the sunroom porch has low headroom.
Owners live upstairs. We are quiet and respectful and would ask for the same in return.
