We absolutely loved this rental! Our kids enjoyed the pool at the house and at the resort. We loved the themed rooms. It was the perfect size for our group of 10.

The clubhouse was great, the Harry Potter & star wars themed rooms were so fun. There was plenty of space for everyone & it's close to Disney! Getting back into the property was kind of a pain though, the gate scanning was difficult, the line of cars entering often backed up onto the main road, & the secondary entrance closed at 7:30 PM.

Perfect stay with a tentive host.

Our family of 7 had an excellent vacation in this home away from home property. The home had everything you would need and is located in a very convenient area to all things Orlando. The host went above and beyond and had some water and snacks delivered prior to our arrival which was very clutch as we arrived way later than expected and our kids were restless after 22 hours in the car. 100% would stay again. Book without hesitation.

This is my first verbo house and I must say if they are all like this I’m hooked, this place was perfect for my family. The themed rooms made them smile and enjoy bedtime. There was a few problems: a broken dish a few pot lights slightly hanging (way too high to reach) but to be honest that didn’t bother me I contacted the agent and the communication was very smooth. I would definitely be staying at this particular site again and recommend it to others

We really enjoyed our stay and would have fun staying here again! The rooms were a hit for our kids, and we loved the pool! The house was very clean. Only a few negatives that cause me to lower the rating from 5 to 4 stars. The foosball table was unusable as several of the arms/players were broken. The pool was not filled all the way, so we ended up adding more water from the hose, though we were still able to swim in it, so not the end of the world. There was confusion on what the wifi name and password was. The info they sent me did not work, but we found the info on posters in the house, and one of those worked, though there was even conflicting information across the different signs posted. There was also conflicting info on checkout procedure that they sent me vs what was posted in the house. Not that big of a deal, but worth noting. All these things are probably not enough to cause me to drop the rating, but I wanted to mention anyway. The biggest problem I had was that a couple of the beds in the frozen room did not seem to have fresh sheets on the bed. We pulled the comforter back, and the fitted sheet was all wrinkly with some small stains as if someone had just been in it. I can’t imagine a freshly made and unused bed would have looked like that. So that was off-putting. I wasn’t able to check all the beds since we arrived so late, but it made me wonder if they were all clean or not. Thankfully we didn’t need to use all of them.Overall, we really loved it!

A few things we’re already working on: - The foosball table is being repaired/replaced so it’s fully usable - We’re having our team keep a closer eye on the pool water level between guests - We’re cleaning up the WiFi info and checkout instructions so everything is clear and consistent (no more conflicting info) - And most importantly—the bed sheets situation. I’m really sorry about that. That’s definitely not the standard we aim for, and I completely understand why that felt off. We’re addressing it directly with our cleaning team and adding an extra check to make sure every bed is fresh and properly set before guests arrive. Really glad to hear you still loved the stay overall—that means a lot. We’d love to host you again and give you the full 5-star experience next time. Thanks again for staying with us!
