Three updated and private Phippsburg cottages with 7 inviting bedrooms on a quiet ocean cove with private trails through a serene forest, One cottage is literally on top of the water; the others backs up to the forest and have an expansive lawn. The property is a short stroll to a classic coastal resort, and minutes from beautiful sandy beaches. Great for Maine summer fun, where adults can relax and kids can be kids.

High bandwidth WiFi. New kitchens, washer-dryer, loaner bikes, and a private float from which to launch kayaks, paddle boards. Located in one of the 12 "best cities [in America] to go off the grid" as described by Livability.com (March 2022):

“This is coastal Maine at its prettiest, with picturesque wooden boat houses standing atop thick timber stilts plummeting into the Atlantic. This is the kind of place [where] you . . . chow down on the best lobster you’ll ever put in your mouth. It’s . . . a great place to ‘go dark’ for a bit.” https://bit.ly/PhippsburgME.

Play tennis or a round of golf at nearby Sebasco Harbor Resort, or go on a beautiful 2-mile hike over Morse Mountain to Seawall Beach. Enjoy Maine's largest beach - Popham Beach (5 miles away) - and a local town beach (1 mile away). Experience quintessential Maine’s fresh lobster and oysters at one of the peninsula’s waterfront restaurants.

Take a stroll through galleries, local shops, and the Maine Maritime Museum in the historic shipbuilding town of Bath, just 20 minutes away. Or, head back towards the bigger town of Brunswick for dinner and a concert (30 min), check out the outlet shops of Freeport (45 min), walk through historic Boothbay Harbor (55 min), or explore the bustling port and nightlife in Portland (1 hr).

Beautiful property with upgraded rustic cabins. Spectacular setting. Very private and quiet year close to any local activity and attractions you want. We had a family get together and everyone was comfortable.
