Immerse yourself in a tranquil and effortless holiday experience within these delightful villas, nestled on the stunning south side of Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands.

We're on the more tranquil southside of Provo between Flamingo Lake and a small private marina.
This charming hideaway villa has amazing views of the lake, and is conveniently located a short five-minute drive to GRACE BAY BEACH.
Your Harbour Club Villa is one of a cluster of six, stand alone villas surrounded by tropical gardens, private patios, a shaded Tiki Hut and shared pool.

BONEFISHING is close by in the lake and we have a private Marina that is home to two of the islands’ best SCUBA DIVE companies.

Your villa looks out over the lake. The bedroom is air conditioned, with a ceiling fan and a king sized bed. The living room has a cabinet queen sized Murphy bed, ceiling fans throughout with screened windows, dining area with seating for four, counter top bar separating living room from a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower. We have 49” smart TV’s and fire sticks with multiple streaming services loaded onto them, and complimentary 50Mbps Wi-Fi internet service in all villas,

“What a great choice – the villas are an island of tranquility. There are 6 one-bedroom villas grouped around a pool and lanai. We have screened windows to catch the trade winds, and air conditioning throughout for those extra warm days. The villas are stylish and sparkling clean, and surrounded by flowering shrubs. We stayed a week - most days we walked down the path to the harbor to pick up our scuba boat in the morning, came home for lunch and a siesta, then swam or walked. We mostly cooked for ourselves (good kitchen) and ate at the table outside overlooking Flamingo lake. The hosts were outstanding; Marta organized a rental car, advised on trips and restaurants, and loaned guide books. We can’t say enough about her kindness. She’s an outstanding bird photographer too. I can’t promise flamingos – they are mostly on north Caicos – but I saw two fly by.”
We are close to diving, snorkeling, groceries, other beautiful beaches, restaurants, shopping, private medical clinics, hospital and airport.

Harbour Club Villas and Marina can be rented as single, stand alone villas or as a group. We have 25 years of Provo island living and are available to make suggestions and recommendations.

The Host Marta and Mike were amazing! Such a wealth of knowledge about the island and always had great suggestions of things to do, eat and adventures around the island! The villas and property were beautiful and so well kept! They really made us feel like family and we will be visiting again in the future! You will have the best time in Turks and a great experience with these amazing people along with such a wonderful property!

My wife and I stayed here for 7 nights. The owners were very friendly and helpful, lots of good advice and support. Grace Bay beaches were close to drive to. Very nice accommodation, private and comfortable, very good for two people.

Spacious and quiet

The Harbor Club Villas are spacious and in a very quiet location. Views from the villas are as per the photos. We enjoyed the pool and bbq area. Communication with the owners was excellent and super friendly and helpful.

What a delight!

Marta and her family were just a pleasure to work with and made everything so easy and we felt like we were right at home. The property is beautiful and secluded if this is what you prefer and want to be away from the public at the beaches. Everything was clean and very well thought out, even had beach chairs and igloos to use! Enjoyed our stay :)

What a wonderful place. On the quiet south side of the island. A perfect place for a family with kids. A quaint pool for relaxing. A perfect little beach 2 minutes away, and Grace Bay 10 minutes away. And the special ingredient is Marta--she is a great, warm, attentive host. We've been at hers twice and will come again.

Nice getaway.

Outstanding living arrangement. We live in Ft. Lauderdale so the weather was not that much different, beautiful, with one 15-minute shower in the early morning. The place offers just about everything you'd expect and the proprietor, Marta, and her son Michael were gracious.

Villas and Marta are beyond beautiful and hospitable

The villas are well appointed and in a magical place, so beautiful, and Marta and her son go above and beyond from making dinner reservations, providing snorkel gear, map hints, recommendations and so much more. Will definitely go back when we can. Mike, her son, also went above and beyond for my father who has a cane and a walker, and we are so so appreciative. From teen to senior, Marta and Mike truly truly accommodate a beautiful stay. Thank you, we were so blessed to find this amazing villa.

Amazing!

These villas are so incredible. They are in a quiet location, very clean and well maintained. The best part about the place though are the owners, Marta and Barry. They are so welcoming, helpful and friendly. Our favourite activity was sitting by the pool late afternoon and having a drink and a visit with them. Watching the sunset from their private spot on the hill with a glass of wine was awesome! Highly recommend Harbour Club Villas! We’ll be back for sure!

Central Location on the Quiet Side of Provo

We received a very warm welcome from Marta and Mike upon arrival and the location was easy to find. Parking was easy too! The villa was clean, comfortable, and very cute -- exactly as pictured. It felt like a large cottage and included everything we needed for the beach, bath, kitchen. Cable and Wi-Fi were good. We had a view of the lake and caught sunrises over the lake and sunsets over the marina. We enjoyed exploring the many nearby beaches -- with a car, everything was close and convenient. Marta and Mike are interesting, informative and wonderful hosts. We would stay here again and hope to return!

Harbor Club Villas

I recently had the pleasure of staying at HCV, and it was truly a perfect off-the-beaten-path retreat. The coziest bungalow in paradise!

This villa was truly a slice of heaven. The house and grounds were meticulously maintained and allowed for all the comforts of home but the benefit of being located in a tropical paradise. It felt like a mini resort and could see how amazing it would be to rent multiple villas so friends could all be together. My friend and I came as a last minute getaway to work remotely. Obviously most people come to vacation and unwind than work, but Marta was very responsive about answering our questions about internet speed (no issues at all!) and let me tell you, if you have to work, you want it be from here! Serene lake view from the dining room table & also from the tiki hut by the pool. It was also nice to have multiple areas in the villa and on the property so we could space out if we had calls. Marta is such a gracious and thoughtful host through and through! And she answered all our questions, and arranged for our rental car and pickup logistics from the airport. Mike also tended to anything we needed help with, and their groundskeeper did a great job of keeping everything just perfect. Location was great - views, quiet and convenient. I would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you Marta for an unforgettable remote office in paradise :)

The location, amenities, room quality and management/governance was absolutely top drawer Loved it!

Would go back in a heartbeat. Marta, Barry and Mike were very hands on and always available for advice, etc. The room was beautiful as were the gardens and the location was central to everything. Everything in a perfect state - nothing out of disrepair. Bobs Bar on a Wednesday is a must - killer house band, good old rock and roll and a close walk from Harbour Villas and Marina. Very sincere and dedicated hosts - 10+

An Island Jewel – Harbour Club Villas

The beauty and hospitality of the Harbour Club Villas has lured us back again. This was my third visit and my fiancée’s second visit and won’t be our last. The peace and quiet, the relaxed atmosphere and the beautifully landscaped grounds complement the individual villa’s charm. The fully furnished villas, with a stove top and microwave, afford you the opportunity to indulge yourself in preparing your own meals. If bonefish is your quarry all you need to do is walk across the road and fish Flamingo Lake. If your desire is to relax and enjoy the tropical air and flowers the pool and cabana area is the perfect location. There is no hustle and bustle as found in large resorts - just peace, relaxation and tranquility. An after dark stroll down to the marina, just a short walk from your door, affords a great view of the night sky. Marta and Barry are the most gracious hosts and a wealth of information on the beaches and restaurants and more than willing to share their knowledge. So if you are looking for a romantic location for that special getaway or a special place for your honeymoon Harbour Club Villas should be number one on your list of places to checkout.

Wonderful retreat away from the crowds!

Marta and Barry are the perfect hosts for your stay at this lovely retreat. Our bungalow was spotlessly clean, and Marta brought fresh flowers for us every day. The pool area is secluded and quiet, lovely to lie in the sun or enjoy a dip. Would highly recommend Harbour Villas to couples looking for peace and quiet.

Exceptional place to stay

If you are looking for a property well suited to couples, slightly off the beaten path, and are not seeking the cookie cutter, crowded all inclusive chain resorts on Grace Bay, you could not do any better than to book your stay here. This was our fifth trip to Turks and Caicos and our fifth stay here. After flying in, picking up our car and being warmly greeted by Marta and Barry, we generally unpack and go pick up a few things at the local IGA. We love the ability to choose to cook our own meal and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere or going out to hit the town and enjoy the variety of good eateries the island has to offer. Marta and Barry are incredible hosts and are an invaluable resource for anything you could possibly seek out on the island. I love to fly fish and the access to good bonefishing plus advice suitable for the do it yourself fisherman to the ability to recommend a spectacular fully guided experience is reflective of the range and depth of knowledge Marta and Barry possess. I travel frequently all over the world and rarely do you encounter that combination of a perfect place and incredible hosts. We look forward to returning in 2017 for our sixth stay with Marta and Barry.

Loved our stay !

We went with a crew of 13 people and took over all the villas. Harbour Club was great for our big crew. The villas are equipped with everything you need to. We wer able to make meals for our big group using the BBQ area. You are off the beaten path of the big resorts but everything is not too far of a drive away. Marta and Barry gave us great advice of things to see and places to eat and we tried to do it all. It was a great trip. Hope to make it back again one day💕 Thanks Marta and Barry for putting up with our big crew!

Excellant Vacation at Harbour Villa's

My wife and I visited Harbour Villa for the 1st time in November of 2016. As opposed to the stereotypical “on the beach resort” we were looking for a secluded, relaxing laid back island environment. I was a little apprehensive going on vacation without having all the amenities of a “beach resort” environment. After getting settled in our concerns were put at ease. Everything you could need is readily available within a few minute drive. We purchased food, snacks and drinks at the IGA market, conveniently located about a mile down the road. The kitchen in the Vila’s have everything you could need to make your stay very enjoyable. Since we took a lot of day trips, we actually found it to be much more convenient. Marta and Barry are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. They are doing what they love to do and it is portrayed from the moment they greet you upon arrival. They designed and built Villa the entire resort from scratch. Their goal of a secluded Villa environment was achieved. The Palm trees allow just the right amount of seclusion, while still allowing you to enjoy the beautiful views of the water. The trip was planned to allow my wife and I to relax and do some Bone fishing in the pristine waters surrounding the island. Marta had recommended and was nice enough to contact Capt. Darren Bean and book a few days for us, he was very good. He made both my wife and I feel comfortable, even while struggling to make those dreaded 50 to 70 ft. casts. These guide have an uncanny gift of spotting these elusive fish if they are anywhere in the area. We averaged at least 25 shots each day. Numerous fish were landed in the 5 to 6 lb. range, largest being in the 8 lb. range. Due to the fact the chartering a boat on the island can be expensive, we decided to drive to Bone fish point to wade the flats on our own for 2 of the days. It was the most desolate area of pristine, unoccupied beach we have had the pleasure of visiting. The miles of prime bonefish flats is only seen by most of us on television. We were able to make a full day of this secluded area by utilizing beach chairs, and portable cooler that are in your room. While out there, I suggest you take the time to wade out to the hidden pirates cave and climb the ladder. It allows you to get to their vantage point after their shipwreck. Since my wife enjoys fishing as much as I do, we both fished each day. It was common to see the husband head out early to get in some

Quiet Interlude in Paradise

Our group went to TCI to do some scuba diving. None of us had been to TCI before but Barry and Marta are excellent host with lots of suggestions which helped fill our surface time with lots to see and do. The dive boat was using their dock therefore it was a short trip in the morning. I have been in villa's before and found them to be lacking in a number of items. This was not the case at Harbour Club. Our unit was stocked with everything that I would use at home!!! I would recommend this place to anyone going to TCI for divers and non-divers.

Amazing vacation at the Harbour Club Villas!!

We had an AMAZING time staying at these villas! Marta, Barry & their son Mike were such great hosts! We learned a TON about Provo from them and we had a wonderful time exploring the island! I can't say enough about this place & the villas! We are actually planning a trip for next year already and are bringing our kids & in-laws! Trust me, booking your vacation stay at the Harbour Club Villas is the way to go!! 10 Stars!!!!!

This is home for us............we built the villas and created this little island retreat that is ideal for social distancing. We have been on Provo for over 25 years now, live on site and can show you all our favorite spots!

What makes this property unique

We love the more quiet and relaxed feel of the south side of Provo. If you love natural surroundings, flowers, trees, birds, photography and the views both lake and ocean, Harbour Club can't be beat. We're also five minutes drive away from all the activities on Grace Bay......beach, restaurants and shopping. We'll arrange any and all excursions, bonefishing, diving for you.
