My wife and I live in the 'States and have been traveling to Uruguay and Argentina since 2000. We love Montevideo and Nuevo Pocitos in particular. On a visit in late 2024, we discovered the brand new building, More Echevarriarza, and were delighted. It met all of our needs with the relatively large rooms, garage, rooftop pool, current architecture, and especially the friendly and professional on site building management. We bought two - one above the other - and we rent them when we are not in town. We hope you enjoy the apartment as much as we do!
Why they chose this property
Nuevo Pocitos is our favorite neighborhood in Montevideo, and Echevarriarza is our favorite street. The building is very close to the World Trade Center and Montevideo Shopping. The beach and Port of Buceo are but a block away. It is a very safe neighborhood full of embassies. Everything is within walking distance or a short Uber drive away. If you bring your own (small to medium size) car, you can park in the garage. After you stay in this building, you will see why we chose this neighborhood!
