Mt. Victoria Lodge Penthouse Condo is a premium 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo that offers sleeping for up to 10 guests — and a private outdoor hot tub, too! With vaulted ceilings and huge window to let in the light and mountain views, the living area has a bright, open feel, with quality leather furniture, a rock gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV for “kicking back” after a day on the slopes or the bike trails. Or, just step out on the patio, slip into the hot tub and take in the views of Mt. Victoria and Mt. Royal! There’s also a gas grill and table for outdoor relaxing.

The kitchen? Top-notch, with beautiful granite counters, stainless steel appliances (including a gas range) and lovely dining table that seats six, with room for three more at the counter. The bedrooms won’t disappoint, either. The master suite features a king bed and a luxurious private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a trundle bed and a private bathroom; the third bedroom has a queen bed as well.

Other amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, complementary Wi-Fi throughout the unit, and secure underground parking (two cars plus a ski locker) with elevator access. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, it comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. 2024 Frisco Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a very good vacation and enjoyed the location and amenities included with the Mt. Victoria Lodge Unit I Penthouse Condo. We were initially confused between whether the Unit no. was "1" or "I" and once resolved had no issues of gaining access. We really enjoyed the location in town, hot tub, spacious bathrooms and mountain view!

Great property!

My group and I really enjoyed our stay at this home. The location was very convenient and the property management company was very responsive and helpful. We were disappointed that the dishes weren’t clean when we got in and that the dishwasher didn’t seem to do a good job of getting things clean the first time. Not their fault really but our matching machine didn’t work, but the management company was great about providing a laundry service as to not disrupt our vacation. Overall, highly recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome 3rd floor condo close to downtown Frisco with great views and all the necessities to turn a rental into a home for the stay. Pictures match the decor though “dated” is starting to show through. Late notification that washer had gone out took one of us out of a day on the slopes instead hitting a laundromat Communication with rental company is not to the level I expected as instructions didn’t come until we were already in town. Will definitely look into another stay as the positives far outweigh any negative opportunities that arose.

Fabulous stay!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rental was very clean and spacious for my family of 4. The location is great too. Walking distance to shops and restaurants etc…. Would highly recommend and would love to stay there again!!
