This 3 story, classically designed condominium offers you the chance to enjoy a quiet and relaxing vacation with nothing but the peaceful sea breeze outside your windows. Each spacious unit has a private balcony to provide you with breathtaking views of Florida sunsets. And when you’re ready to sink your feet into the sugary sand of the world’s finest beaches, all you have to do is cross the street and you’re there. The inviting pool is complete with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas, lovely landscaping, a hot tub and showers for a sand-free retreat. And to end a perfect day in the sun, gather the family around for a cook-out! Or if you don’t feel like cooking, there are several appetizing restaurants waiting to heat up your taste buds all within walking distance. Summer Breeze is located in the heart of Destin so the entertainment opportunities are overwhelming! Condo/Beach/Pompano Joes

This is the 3rd time that I have stayed at Summer Breeze. I have stayed at other locations close by but I Love this Location to the Beach and to Pompano Joes. Our vacation consists of Condo/Beach/Pompano Joes/Beach/Condo....in that order!! I will say, that over the years, the Prices have gone up and it needs a little updating, but other than that...we still love it!!!

Would not go there again!

Property needs a lot of work! Wood is coming apart around the pool. I did not like the wood around the pool with kids walking around barefoot. The condo was really outdated and not very clean. The tub had residue on the bottom. Location is not ideal for families with children. You have to cross a busy road to get to beach. Public beach access across the street made the beach very crowded. We would not stay here again!

Short and sweet

This place was perfect except maybe the parking situation with only one way in and out. Other than that we had a great time! Great view! My boys loved their bunk beds and my oldest had the living room to herself!
