Just a few things to consider for the future - there was a dust pan but no broom to be found to help clean up our day to day traffic . There was no large mixing bowl in kitchen for salads/ eggs . There was no extra chlorine tabs for the hot tub would have gladly placed a new one in so that by day 2 the water didn’t look hazy and have a foul odor . Also, an alternative trash because with a large number of occupants comes a large volume of garbage and I feel like we over filled the trash area . House space was great. Great kitchen table size for our stay . Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood.
Would highly recommend this cabin for families with all age groups. It was very close to alot of attractions and restaurants as well as secluded enough inside and in the back to feel as if you are the only family in the premises.

Thank you for your wonderful review! We're so glad to hear that the cabin was the perfect balance of proximity to attractions and a peaceful, secluded setting. We hope to welcome you and your family back for another memorable stay soon!
House was wonderful, but parking was not. The shower was cold water and we had to plunge the tolets
This would be a good place to stay if you only had a family of 5. The car parking is not great if you have more then 2 cars. That needs to be put on the web site. Overall t he house was beautiful.
Dishwasher did not work. One shower did not drain properly so you were standing in inches of water while you showered. One bathroom the towel rack was not properly attached to the wall and would fall off if you hung towels on it. The main shower had low water pressure. I would not rent this cabin again.

This trip had been planned for months to celebrate a 2 year old birthday. This week the snow storm of the century was predicated. The host was uncooperative when asked if they’d consider rescheduling our dates due to travel concerns (because outside of the window for refund, which we understand and do not want the host to go without this revenue) & they said we should use our travel insurance if we didn’t want to come. This is not typically something covered by travel insurance. Weather and unsafe road conditions. Only natural disasters and travel cancellations by airlines, etc.The cabin sleeps 16 which was nice. But was not stocked for 16. Only 1 dish towel, no doh clothes. Very minimal kitchen supplies for cooking. It was not easy to prepare meals for 3 families in this small kitchen. (1 mixing bowl, no casserole or baking dishes, no baking sheets. The cabin has parking for 2 vehicles only. But sleeps 16. So I suggest renting a 15 passenger van to park there. If you ask about over flow parking, you will be told “Kroger 1 mile away, thanks for your understanding”Water pressure was awful. The upstairs showers are basically a trickle. The cabin is worn. The rugs are old and worn. The comforters on the bed are old and with fuzzy finishes that are very balled up and worn out. There are scruffs and smears on the walls and baseboards. So a good face lift would be nice. The beds were comfortable and there plenty of places for us to sleep.
Just checked out from a 6 night stay. We had a group of 15: 9 adults, 1 pre-teen, 4 elementary and 1 baby. There was ample space for all of us to sleep, hang out, cook and eat. Main level has 1 king bedroom with tv, and large closet. 1 bathroom on main level with walk in shower, rain-style shower head with light water pressure. Lower level has 2 bedrooms, one with bunk beds and one with queen bed. One full bathroom with walk in shower, good water pressure. Game room with pull-out sofa, tv, small fridge and arcade style video game (we used this for the pre-teen’s bedroom). Upper level has 3 bedrooms: one queen with private outdoor deck space, one king and one with twin bunk beds plus a single twin (3 beds total). 2 full bathrooms upstairs with bathtubs/showers. Kitchen was well equipped with toaster, coffee maker (not keurig), blender, small electric griddle, pots and pans. If planning on cooking in the oven I recommend bringing cookie sheets. Plenty of dishes & cups, we brought some plastic forks and paper plates to supplement, which we did use. Dish soap, paper towels and a couple dishwasher pods were provided and toilet paper, bar soap and some mini toiletries. May need more depending on your usage and length of stay. A few trash bags were provided, but we did use more of our own. Received a Walmart delivery with no problem. Pool was a short walk up the hill, we could almost see it from the cabin. Overall great stay, we would stay again. Hope I provided some helpful info.
