We are truly sorry you had anything but a five star experience, please know, had you brought your concerns to the team, we would have been happy and eager to address any and all of your concerns. We strive to over communicate with every guest by text and email before during and after the stay. We are disappointed we didn’t get a chance to fix your stay (could have moved you to another property). Either way, we have sent your comments to the appropriate teams. We are also reviewing all pre arrival inspections as well. All properties get photographer before, and after a guest arrival. Have a great day.

We are glad to hear that you found the inside of the house clean and that you enjoyed using the fire pit and the pool table.We always want our guests to have a great stay. We checked our records and saw that we sent you multiple messages during your trip. We reached out via text and through the app to ask how your stay was going. Since you did not mention any problems in your replies, we had no idea anything was wrong. Our team never received any reports about the broken lock, the fans, or the refrigerator shelves. We would have happily sent someone to fix those items for you right away if you had let us know.A major typhoon hit our area just before your arrival. This storm caused the overgrown plants, debris, and full trash cans outside. The exterior areas and yard are managed by the Home Owners Association (HOA). If you had told us about the messy yard, moldy furniture, or wasp nests when we checked in on you, we would have gladly contacted the HOA to have them clean it up immediately.
