Family & pet friendly spacious A-Frame known as Baby Chocorua, with 3 inviting bedrooms - 3 queen beds & 2 twin beds, 2 bathrooms with showers & hair dryers. On site high-chair and pack and play for toddlers.
Open spacious Living room & kitchen area with electric fireplace & reclining sofas. Dining room table seats 8 converts to a pool/ping pong table for after dinner fun. Game room upstairs to keep the kids entertained. Dishwasher, Washing machine & Dryer for those longer stays, or when the outdoor fun is done.
Complementary EV Universal Charging station. Outdoor fire pit area, driveway accommodates up to class A RV & 6 cars
White Lake State Park is adjacent to the backyard with the waterfront just a 6 min walk to White Lake State Park entrance. Located right next to corridor 19 snowmobile trail head with access right from the driveway. and let's not leave Club Motorsports just around the corner!
Minutes from King Pine Ski Area, 20 minutes to North Conway, 20 minutes to Lake Winnipesaukee, and 10 minutes to Lake Ossipee.
