We had an absolutely wonderful experience! The home was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for our large group. The hosts were extremely responsive, accommodating, and attentive throughout our stay. The spacious and comfortable home was perfect for relaxing and creating lasting memories. Everything exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again!

The place was very clean and beautiful. San Diego lux is a perfect description. My only complaint is that the hot tub didn’t work while we were there but we only found out on the last day and the owners were responsive.

Excellent and spacious for families and groups up to 15. Kids loved the game room and pool and hot tub, and host is very responsive and helpful. Property requires guests to be extra quiet in evening and shut down out door activities at 9pm. Beach and zoo was within 30 min drive and overall we had a great time.

The house was very spacious and the game room was really great for the kids. They also had great little extras for parents with small kids like cribs/ high chairs/ pack and plays/ kids cups plates and utensils/ as well as baskets of toys, little things you don’t normally find at rentals. The owners were also very responsive.

Mo was very communicative from the initial booking through the stay. We had no issues and were able to host Thanksgiving with ease. The home was lovely, spacious and very easy to navigate to/from. The game room was a hit with the kids, as was the swing set. Great host, great home, would absolutely stay again.

WE had a wonderful family get together at Mo’s lovely home on the outskirts of San Diego. The house was perfect for our needs- clean, roomy, comfortable, well equipped kitchen. Great location- plenty of shops, restaurants and supermarkets minutes away. We cooked most of our meals either in the kitchen or on the grill, since we had younger children with us. Access to the highway was close by as well.The kids loved the pool and the game room. The back yard is beautifully landscaped. Because of the proximity of neighbors, we were advised that we needed to be mindful of noise levels in the yard. While this really wasn’t an issue for us, it may be for some groups who are visiting. Mo was very upfront about this issue.We couldn’t have asked for a more accommodating, responsive host. Any issues or questions were quickly addressed. Thank you so much, Mo!

This was our family's favorite VRBO! It was spotless, spacious, and super comfortable. The house is beautifully decorated and has been updated recently. We appreciated all of the extra touches like the coffee bar and the body wash, shampoo and conditioner in every bathroom. Every bed was very comfortable and there were enough pillows on every bed, which were also very comfortable. There was plenty of seating for our family of 12 adults and three children. We were all able to sit down together and eat our meals together at the large table. The couches were all comfortable. The AC and WiFi worked great! The pool, hot tub, swing set, game room, and outdoor games made our time there so much fun.The neighborhood was quiet and close to many stores and restaurants. We all had a fantastic time! Mo was the perfect host. He was responsive, but not overbearing. We highly recommend this house!

The House Absolutely Lived Up to the Pictures!We stayed for five nights with 6 adults and 4 kids, ages 8–10, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house has several different gathering spaces, which made it easy for everyone to spread out, relax, or spend time together. The beds were comfortable, and everyone had a great place to sleep.The pool was a huge hit, and so was the game room. We even had a few very competitive adults vs. kids Mortal Kombat battles! There was always something for everyone to do.The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools we needed, and the coffee bar was a really nice touch. Getting into the city or out to the beaches wasn't bad at all, and there were plenty of local places nearby to grab a bite to eat.One of my favorite features was the front courtyard. It was a wonderful little sanctuary when I wanted to get away from all the activity in the house and enjoy some quiet time.You know how you look through all the pictures before booking and just hope the house actually lives up to the hype? This house did. It was just as advertised and did not disappoint.We had an awesome stay, made some great memories, and would highly recommend this house, especially for families or larger groups. We would definitely stay here again!
