had a wonderful stay! The cabin was charming, cozy, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Our host was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to help us when Mother Nature changed our plans. Her communication and hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property!

Our hosts were extremely communicative, always willing to help, and went the extra mile in providing us with information about what to do in the area. Our stay was short but we would definitely return for a longer stay in the future! The place itself is so cozy and relaxing and is a hidden gem. We loved the peace, quiet, and privacy of being in nature while still having access to three nearby cities. It was clear that there was a lot of care and attention put in to making this place as comfortable as possible for the guests. 10/10!

House was clean, Host was pleasant and helpfull. Weather was good and had fun in the area. I had no problems with the driveway, But I have a jeep and when she says it steep and challanging it is. I had all intentions of trailering my motorcycle out but decided not to at the last min. GLAD I DID!It's definitly off the beaten path, Quite and very peacefull. Could have been a little more to do on site, like corn hole or horse shoes. All and All we had a nice time, and would go back.

This place was amazing! It was so clean and decorated so cute! It was so cozy and just the perfect getaway for our anniversary! The location was wonderful! It is tucked away in the woods, yet still close to Leesburg, Harpers Ferry, and Frederick MD! The host was amazing to work with! She gave us a fantastic list of recommendations of things to do in the area. She was quick to respond and couldn’t have been more helpful. I highly recommend Camp Nelson!

Romantic little getaway

Cozy, which i mean in the comfortable way, not the small way. The rain kept us from our atronomy night, but we really didnt mind. The sound of the soft rain on the trees (the woodland provided privacy and serenity). We' ll be b

We had such a wonderful stay at this charming mountain studio! The space was cozy, clean, and very thoughtfully laid out — perfect for a weekend getaway. The little kitchen had everything we needed, including a fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and Keurig with a cappuccino maker. We really appreciated the extra touches like fresh cream, sugar, and honey sticks for coffee and tea.The setting was beautiful and peaceful, but definitely plan on bringing a four-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle to navigate the mountain roads comfortably. There are also some great nearby spots to check out — we loved Flying Ace Brewery for drinks and food, Creek's Edge Winery for a more upscale food experience with wine tastings, and Big Belly’s for delicious takeout. We visited Harper's Ferry and the Catoctin Mountain area, both beautiful this time of year!Overall, it was a perfect little place to relax and unwind. We’d absolutely recommend it to other couples looking for a cozy and quiet escape in the area!
