Kindly return it to the same spot in the garage as found.If the key is locked inside, a $200 locksmith fee will unfortunately apply
We will charge delayed access fees for every minute after 10am that the cleaner/ property manager are unable to access the building due to guest inability to check out on time.
If an incoming guest cancels their reservation due to late check out, we will charge the out-going guest full amount of the canceled booking plus penalty.
