Host was extremely helpful and communicative. Downstairs living area of rental home was very nice with plenty of seating areas and open floor plan. Enjoyed screened in porch area too. For our group of 6 adults and 2 children, the sleeping arrangements weren't ideal with a very large master suite area but only two small other bedrooms including a bunkroom. (Our fault for not really investigating room sizes more.) Pool was convenient but walk to beach was a bit more than we expected carting beach equipment in the heat.

Cleanest and prettiest beach house we have ever rented. Only problem was no black out curtains in master so sun woke us up very early each day. But overall great place!
